When the vacuum pump system is in operation, the higher the exhaust pressure, the smaller the intake volume of the vacuum pump, and accordingly, the higher the shaft power consumption. Conversely, when the system exhaust pressure is lower, the intake volume of the vacuum pump increases, and accordingly, the shaft power consumption decreases.

Therefore, during actual operation and maintenance, it is essential to monitor the exhaust pressure data of the vacuum pump system in real time. When abnormal exhaust pressure data is detected, immediate measures should be taken to upgrade and modify the entire vacuum system to ensure that the exhaust pressure remains within the national standards or manufacturer's recommended range, thereby maintaining the vacuum pump in optimal operating conditions and effectively improving the overall mechanical efficiency of the water ring vacuum pump.
